• key - redis中保存的一个字符串,默认不写：rate_limit:-xxxx.xxxx类名-方法名
• time - 限流时间,单位秒
• count - 限流次数
• limitType - 限流类型 DEFAULT 默认策略全局限流， IP 根据请求者IP进行限流
